Return Policy
Refund: Please notify us at cs@brixtonshoes.com within 7 days to return your purchase for a full refund.
Exchange: You have 14 days from the time of purchase to return your regular priced purchase for exchange or store credit. Please contact us at cs@brixtonshoes.com to arrange for your return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are returning due to manufacturing defects and we are unable to replace your item, you will be issued a full refund, provided you contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
